My Gamplay not updating

My last update on gameplay is about a week old? Is there something wrong on my end, or a problem at rockband.com?

The only program I run on my PS3 is rockband 3. I leave the PS3 running 24x7. I have completely exited Rockband but that does not seem to help.

That's generally not a good thing to do. Reboot the PS3, ensure you are able to connect to PSN and then start RB3. Do you see leaderboard scores ok on the console?

I know sometimes the website is slow and I have seen gameplay take a couple of days to update. Just checked now and the stuff I did last night is showing but I am on 360 and there is no way for us mortals in knowing if PS3 is updating in the same timeframe.

The only thing that's left on 24/7 are my laptop, my mom's desktop, and my dad's server

Same was happening for me. When I forcibly made sure I was logged in to PSN (by going to the Store) I saw the problem - they had a new terms-of-use for me to 'sign off' on before they enabled basically any online functionality short of patch downloads.

SheSaidSheSaid: PS3's have a high failure due to how the chips are soldered on to the main board, turning it on and off accelerates the failure. But I should probably exit the game to save a little on the power bill.

Cipher_Peon: I have a server, UPS and a Windows 7 computer that I leave on 24x7. Guessing it runs me an extra $50 a year.

Not true, that's why devices have a "power save" mode that they go into automatically.
