I used to be crazy into Radiohead, and I still think they're very good, but I don't listen to them as much any more.

However, giving it another spin the other day reminded me why The Bends is my favorite album.

Does it surprise you that more people on this forum are fans of indie-style rock than Krautrock? (Saying this as somebody who voted for Kid A.)

Well I guess, but still Kid A was a pretty accessible Krautrock album.

The Bends, followed by OKC. I've pretty much found most of their 2000s stuff to be utterly unlistenable and I'm a DJ at an indie/alt-rock station. The King Of Limbs might as well be a solo album for the lack of any semblance of a band. It's all synths and keys. In Rainbows is ok, as there is that band quality to it again. But ya.....Kid A is one of the most overrated albums ever made.

Disagree. I'd start with the Bends, so you can work your way into the strangeness of later albums.
