Dunno if it's the best I've seen, but it's one of the more enjoyable ones in recent memory: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dJfmsA-Yxk

Oh, and this, which is apparently directed by the same guy as the previous one, the guy behind Tom Goes to the Mayor and Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job. Just found that out and it made me laugh.

And Ohrwurm by Cephalic Carnage, but that's not safe for posting.

For me, it's this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ga0ohgZFVqc ... I've brought it up a couple times before and requested it several times now... I'd love it in RB.

Dig that Weezer vid. Muppets add +1 to any video. lol

Hard to say what I would call the best video ever, but, this one got to me a few days back. The song alone makes me uncomfortable (in a good way, if that makes sense), but the video adds even more to the message: Casting Crowns' "Slow Fade".

I also love the story behind Tom Petty's video for "Into the Great Wide Open" as much as the video itself. When released, Petty apparently got offers from Hollywood producers to turn the song into an actual movie. Petty's response: "It already is."
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.
It's all right. We're going to the end of the line!

    Bjork - "Hunter"

Soft Cell - "Tainted Love" (the original video, not the censored one)

Janelle Monae - "Cold War" (You can actually see her crying towards the end...it's absolutely beautiful)

ABC - "The Look of Love" (digging the J. Gatsby theme)

The Cure - "End of the World" (I love Floria's music videos)

    Interpol - "Obstacle 1"

    Devo - "Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA"

    Michael Jackson's "Beat It".
It's only oversaturation if you have to switch discs.
    Where's.. Tesla, Zeppelin, Gallagher, Floyd?
