I liked using Roy and Ike, but I feel I had a better B moveset overall.

If I am mistaken, isn't a clone a character that has the same moveset, only different move damage, speed, and model physics?
In any case, if he were a Roy clone, that WOULD make him a Marth clone. Roy is a clone of Marth. I don't know about them handling the same either, if I recall moves correctly, Ike only has the counter move that is the same as Roy and Marth. Everything else is pretty much different.
This needs a good ol' Rick Flair - WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Ike was fairly original. But he's being replaced next time anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Waluigi NEEDS to be a full character. Here's ten reasons why.
Anyways, maybe Melee characters and stages could be transferred to the game from a Gamecube memory card?

I'm Batman.
Here's two reasons why not.
He wasn't made by Nintendo.
He's never appeared in a non-spin off title.
Because the WiiU has no Gamecube support, or because the 3DS has no Gamecube support?Anyways, maybe Melee characters and stages could be transferred to the game from a Gamecube memory card?
Or because they're not coded for any modern Smash engine?
