Not being able to get an official word from Fender after more than two business days does not look good to me. Harmonix, I think you need to treat this more seriously than you have been.
Given this statement, maybe they don't know any more than we do. It's equally frightening that Fender hasn't fill them in; kind of unbelievable. If you send your manufacturing partner an inquiry, "Is it true that you've discontinued manufacture and distribution of the product we worked on together? That's what your offices around the world are telling our customers", you'd expect a pretty immediate response.
