    Does anybody else feel like Katsushika is undertiered on Guitar?

    Seriously. How is that a tier 4?!

    Dozens, if not hundreds of songs are undertiered/overtiered on various instruments, because tiering is very subjective. You can't trust the tiers 100% since RB1.

    Another under-tiered song (at least on guitar) is Reaper by Chaotrope and it's tiered at 5 but I think it should be devil tiered - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUmZ7Qor7Ys

    It is devil-tiered, on every instrument. RBN1 songs that have devil-tiered parts are showing up as Tier 5 in RB3 due to the new cutoffs. You can see the correct tiers for RBN1 songs in RB2.
