These are two of my favorite groups. I would be so incredibly glad to see either of them. And this morning's Black Keys announcement taught me to never give up!
So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, good night.

I can't believe we have 2 songs off Of The Blue Colour of the Sky (3 if you count the RBN remix) and none of them are This Too Shall Pass. That song would be awesome in Rock Band.

I know! It's ridiculous. That is one of my favorite songs on the album, but at this point, I'd take a RB3 version of "White Knuckles".

This list of songs it not too good at all. You also have quite a few songs that are already on RB3 as DLC. Songs like Surrender (Cheap Trick), Pour Some Sugar On Me (Def Leppard), Sugar Were Going Down (Fall Out Boys), My Sharona (The Knack), Tainted Love (Soft Cell), Machine Head (Bush) and so on. I like that you have an Oingo Boingo song, but not that one. I never even heard of it, because I'm a casually into Oingo Boingo. Better put some radio play song like 'Dead Man's Party', or 'Just Another Day'. You also don't have much female singer led bands, or female singer led rock bands. Where is Evanescence, Lacuna Coil, and Paramore. Also where is some popular 2000 bands like 30 Seconds To Mars, and Breaking Benjamin. Your New Wave selection is weak. And I know you probably don't have GH, but several of your songs I have on GH, so they are not completely new to me. If I count Guitar Hero, you didn't put any new hair rock/metal band. Speaking of Metal, where is the metal I grew up with in the 80's. I don't think you have any. It doesn't even have to be in the 80's, it could be in the late 70's, or early 90's, but I don't see any song on your list. Oh wait, you have a Megadeth song I have on Guitar Hero, and a slow Metallica song (which I like, but it's a cover song). Should have put a Judas Priest song from the Painkiller album, and maybe a Dokken or Queensryche song, are both. Anyway, good try, but I'm not even buying. This is worse than the Guitar Hero 5 list of tracks.

This list is from June 2011. A few of the songs have been picked as DLC since it's been posted. I've even been bolding them.

Also where is some popular 2000 bands like 30 Seconds To Mars, and Breaking Benjamin.
Bright Eyes, Coheed & Cambria, Death Cab for Cutie, Drowning Pool, Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, Lady Gaga, My Chemical Romance, Rancid, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rise Against, Thursday, and The Used weren't popular bands in the 2000s? I'll concede the handful left over as being less than popular.

Your New Wave selection is weak.
LIES! I've got Television on there! AND the version of Life During Wartime from Stop Making Sense!

This is worse than the Guitar Hero 5 list of tracks.
Man, even Guitar Hero Van Halen had better songs than that game!
