It's funny that uncensored DLC would supposedly push for an M rating

When you think about it, what teenager these days DOESN'T use curse words/foul language? XD

Our neighbors have kids who are in high school, and every time they are away, the kids have parties and get-togethers. That's when you see 14-15 year old girls come outside to smoke cigarettes and loudly shout about their sexual experiences with guys in their high school. The F word is probably used every 4-5 words or so. If those conversations were rated, it would be XXX rating.

So yeah. M rating = LOL.

Another thinly veiled censorship thread, I was eagerly awaiting the new one. Luckily I only had to wait less than a week.

Yeah, the term "mature" is definitely used loosely. XDDDDD

Why doesn't DLC constitute under the ESRB clause of "ESRB notice: game experience may change during online play"?

Wouldn't the RB disc always keep its rating then? The rating is for the content on the disc, isn't it?

To reach the market of children whose parents actually do a good job by monitoring what they buy and play online?

That clause is just to prevent lawsuits about people using naughty language online. As much of a bummer as it is, DLC is still considered part of the game, no matter where its source. I believe HMXhenry or someone else outlined that in a few other similar threads.
AsianSteev: if you can read this, put more Ska songs on the RBN! Please?

True. And it also has to do with their intended public image. It's not so much that they're barred from having swears as much as they don't want to be recognized as a game with swears in it in general.
