And also remember that none of those songs are "officially" cleared for purchase until they appear in the stores on Thursday.

There's nothing stopping you from buying them early, just remember that if the song gets pulled to fix a last-minute charting issue, if the song bricks your 360, if the song goes on a rampage and burns down your house - no refunds.
