That song is RBN1.0 and can't now be ported over. There is a lot more Nightrage coming to Xbox though, the whole of the Insidious album and it'll all be eligible.

Actually, I genuinely like those songs and a bunch of the ones I have requested came out before I even joined the authoring group lol, my music taste is indeed strange (and yes I would buy them all on day one)

But I know the feeling - I'm a vocalist myself by preference, and I can never have enough great vocal tracks.

"Twitter Twatter" - Mind The Gap

I know, some of these probably won't have a chance, but whatever. I have a small list right now, because most of the good songs have already been ported to PS3. (Either that or RBN1.0)
