    Really?

After all this time people still don't know that Microsoft created the XNA structure that Rock Band Network uses to function. That since Harmonix is using the XNA infrastructure to make Rock Band Network possible, that MS asks for a 30 day 'exclusive' window before the songs can come over to other consoles.

And that it was SONY, not Microsoft, not Harmonix, who has said you can only bring over 5 of these Rock Band Network tracks a week.

So since Sony has put in these limitations, and due to the amount of content that is released on Rock Band Network on a weekly basis, you will NEVER get all the Rock Band Network tracks. So Harmonix has to pick and choose what tracks to bring over.

All due to the 5 song a week limitation placed by Sony.

Now I'm not saying that if the limitation was not there the PS3 would get every single track released through Rock Band Network 30 days after the exclusivity is up. I know there is a lot of similarities between the files the PS3 and the 360 use (heck it might even BE the same files for all I know, and HMX just gives them to Sony to test before they release them). However I'm pretty confident that if the 5 song a week limit wasn't there that you would surely see a heck of a lot more Rock Band Network DLC tracks than you currently do in a given week.

    So tl/dr :

Sony has put up a limitation on how much DLC from the RBN HMX can release so HMX has to pick and chose what comes over to the PS3.

Do we (as in us community folks) have a contact at Sony we can write to about reconsidering this?
