EDIT: NEW RULE AS OF 4/28/12: IF A HANGMAN IS NOT UPDATED FOR 3 DAYS, SOMEONE ELSE WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO GO. THIS ALSO APPLIES IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A HANGMAN AFTER CORRECTLY GUESSING ONE.
