LRB Export Wallet issue

I have Rock Band Lego and recently bought the RB 3.
I followed the steps to export the LRB, I downloaded the license key but when I access the LRB and try to do the export, the LRB asks me to buy the license.
That is, my code allows me to generate export license but it does not work.

Does anyone know how to solve?

You still have to pay for it. The first thing you downloaded was a one-off license to verify the export you then have to buy. Pay the $10(rather, equivalent value in your currency).
