Rock Band 3 Custom Characters Videoslhg

I dont know if anyone really makes use of the character creator or not...But i really enjoy making them. It all started with me wanting to play Dr. Love with KISS on the stage. So i thought i would try my hand at it. I was hard at first but with A LOT of practice ive gotten pretty good at it. Mostly comic book characters, but i have a few ones that are random...including Def Leppard (Fav Band). My friend finally convinced me to post them on You Tube, he though they were awsome. So now i thought i would share the link with you guys....Check out my work. Let me know what you think. You can find them on You Tube, by searching for Jasdel0125. Or try the link here wayhttp://www.youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhee.....Thanks for checking them out hope you enjoy.

Thanks for giving us a peek. Way cool! I enjoy designing my rkbd characters to look like my friends and family members. It saves time when they just want to play and dont really want to take time to design their own characters. They crack up when they see their likenesses from my perspective. Not nearly as cool as what you've done, but lots of fun. You've given me the bug to get much more creative. Yay

I do this too. Just make my friends and family, but recently for some reason I decided to make the cast from Seinfeld and call the band "The Deal With Airplane Food". Unfortunately although Kramer and George are dead on ringers (Kramer playing drums is actually scary in how close he is to the real thing), Elaine and Jerry didn't come out too well. I've tried and tried but it boils down to their hair just isn't in the game. There's no high hair for Elaine and Jerry's doo just doesn't exist.

I think it's pretty cool that RB lets people have this kind of versatility in their creativity. From making versions of real bands to making friends and family. Not many character makers are so robust. Even with RB2, where everyone shared common parts, I've seen people make characters I'd have never dreamed up myself, or never really saw anyone truly duplicate something I cooked up.

Anyway, cool videos you have definitely mastered the creator in RB3.

Presenting for the first time anywhere, Jerry S and The Deal With Airline Food!

The sound improves as soon as the song starts. Hope you think it's funny.

I came here specifically to request pictures of your band and it looks like you read my mind! That is awesome!

When I first discovered I could make my own characters, I started off knowing I wanted a girl with pink hair as my main. Eventually I gave her leather pants, a bustier and some tatoos and Cyndi (the default name the game gave me) was born.

Then, when I discovered I could make more than one character, I decided to try and recreate the band Fire Bomber from the anime Macross 7. I started with Basara (the leader), but could never get the hair or outfit quite right. However, he was tall, male, and had brown hair so I stuck with it. Each successive member wound up being named after a Macross musician and another famous artist. This would produce Ray Satriani (tall, blonde, bulky bassist named after Fire Bomber's keytarist and manager), and Mylene Vai (smoking redheaded vocalist named for Fire Bomber's bassist and the series' main romantic interest).

Come Rock Band 3, I added a keyboardist to the band and named her Sharon Homme, after Macross Plus' holographic musical superstar and villain. I suppose at the rate I'm going the next female will be named either Sheryl or Lynn. Since there aren't a lot of male singers in the Macross universe, I guess I'll have to start using pilots. Hikaru, Roy, Ozma, Isamu...this could be fun!

RB3 doesn't lend itself to doing KISS very well, but in RB2 I had a very good rendition - see my photos.
