You should try using chromatic autotuning, just to clean up any vocal parts that are between semi-tones, but not an autotune set to a certain key that would give it that "dying robot" effect.

It's actually not bad! I like it! But maybe you could try using something other than that next time for a remix. (Trust me, from experience, I find the GarageBand iPad app to be very limited.)
