Can't open venues

I really like the game so far, but I'm having a bit of a problem.

I have played all the gigs available to me at the bus and camper but I am unable to move on to another venue. I did the song at the Jolly Rocker and unlocked the record producer and the jet ski but for the life of me I cannot find where to move on to another venue from the rock den. When I choose "continue tour" it takes me to the bus or camper and no other vehicle.

Can someone help?

you know you can use the guitar strum bar to switch between vehicles? Other instruments have different buttons to press to switch.
