It was not cut from the export, though RB1 was the only one in which you could choose not to export specific songs (Xbox only)

Only songs lost from RB1 export were Paranoid, Enter Sandman, Run to the Hills. Dani California and Black Hole Sun aren't playable in RB3, but they still export.

Not to be pedantic, but you couldn't choose to not export any songs, but you could delete them afterwards.
