Okay guys, I know you probably do your best, I will ask you to please find someone else to chart your guitar charts from now on. I am willing to do it for free if that means we won't get any more... things like the solo of PoTM.

Or atleast ask the guy who did it in the old RB2 days to come back if you fired/relocated him.

I haven't seen the chart, but I'm going to assume, from the "complaints" from the past, it's nothing at all. Hard and jumble of notes =/= a bad chart.

Analyze the music carefully and maybe know more than just a thing or two about the guitar before making complaints about charts. Not saying you don't know, but from past complaints, I can, again, only assume it's nothing.

8/9/11 (Def Leppard) will be marked as the best day in RB history for me. HMX, major thanks for all this amazing DLC you put out!

That's pretty condescending, dude. I've only watched the vid so far, but it doesn't look fun (to me). RB3 is a game. It's supposed to be fun. Those solos do NOT look fun (again, to me). So for some people, the people that don't have fun playing that jumbled mess of HOPOS (again, for example, me), it's a bad chart. The chart's quality may be fine, and it may be accurate, but people can still consider it a bad chart.

And I know I don't have to buy it. That's the great thing about personal choice. So I won't. But don't come in here and lecture people about whether their complaints are valid if they don't "know more than just a thing or two about the guitar". You don't have to know jack about a guitar to know what you have fun playing.

Well, it seems when they say "bad chart", they mean it's quality that's off. Not that it's not fun.

    .....

    Assumptions are fun.

I mean, you also have to take into account the number of ways this or that could be charted. If the charts not at least accurate to a certain degree and was only made for the fun, than I'll find it to be a "bad chart" because not only is this game about the fun, but it's also about the simulation.

Not like the simulation you get with the Pro Guitar, but you know.

Fair enough. I retract my rant.

Played them all on guitar. My review:

Wait and Bleed - Alt-strumming chords and annoying chord changes. Gold stars on second try, I'm amazing!
Left Behind - Best guitar song of the week.
Pulse of the Maggots - And I thought Sulfur had a rough solo. Barely 5 starred at the end. Rest of the song's fun though.
Snuff - Pretty fun guitar for a slow song.

Actually, I looked very closely on the solo of PoTM and there was very little to no sense to be found at several parts there. This comming from someone who loved Sulfur, Satch Boogie, TTFAF and Caprici Di Diablo.
