I only wish you weren't my friend
Then I could hurt you in the end
I never claimed to be a saint
Ooh, my own was banished long ago
It took the death of hope to let you go

    Real uplifting stuff there.

Again, nothing against those who like it, and there are lots of downer songs that I like from other artists. This just wasn't doing it for me.
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

Personally, I find myself trying to suppress vomit more than tears at the cheesiness of those lyrics. Well, the lyrics on their own aren't too bad, but the delivery is. They might be more effective if they were backed by more interesting music. Plus he sings so hammily.

I think you're on to something. Maybe that's why these don't do anything for me. I'll stick with Floyd.

Not only is it a sad song, it's the quietest song they ever did (I believe). You can at least find comfort in that, right? lol

Hey all, sorry for not responding to comments about Wait and Bleed sooner, but I wanted to make sure I had as much info as possible from Microsoft and the Audio Team here at HMX.

To give a bit of background, there was a MIDI error that caused the tempo map at the end of the song (roughly between 2:38 and 2:50) to go out of sync. Gems were playable but did not match up with the audio as intended. This issue only affected Wait and Bleed, and only in the Slipknot Pack on Xbox 360, so versions downloaded as singles or on other platforms should be unaffected.

The Audio Team hustled with Microsoft to replace the offer, and we've been told that a new version of the Slipknot Pack should be available in the store now. All you should have to do is redownload the pack to get the corrected version of Wait and Bleed. If there are any further issues, I'll pass comments from this thread along to everyone involved on our side.

Thanks to everyone for your patience and feedback while we sorted this out as quickly as possible.

Not that I care but it's great to see quick fixes like that.
Now only if Henry could actually ask for fix for "My Sharona" pro lessons update that causes the game to crash around 5th or 6th lesson, that would be cool (it's clear that pro upgrade is busted because name of the song in the lesson looks like this" -/My Sharona/- or something like that).
