I think Rich would have more playability, due to its focus on instrumentation. I'm not sure how Mailman would play out.

I think "Mailman" would play out ok. I've seen songs with less playability then it. Some of the classical songs have just keys (and sometimes bass). Some songs have just one instrument. "Mailman" has stacked drums, keys, and vocals (I don't think it has guitar or bass in it. Or does it?). But from a buyers perspective, I think it would sell well.
