Two questions here, one from a musician standpoint and one from an RBN author standpoint.
1. Do you guys write your material consciously (i.e., "I've been thinking a lot about x lately, I'm gonna write about it") or do you just noodle around and ramble until things start to click?
2. Do you/would you recommend other bands get in on RBN/DLC in general, and if so, do you feel like one or the other has been "better" for you as a band?http://www.fairwoodstudios.com

This is kind of 2 questions on 1 subject:
I love your 3rd album Up In The Attic. However, the time i saw you live, not a single song was played off of it. So hoping with you coming to RBN, we might see some of those songs, but sadly, still nothing. Do you guys like the album, or did i just have bad luck? (I saw you at Bamboozle back in 2008)
Leading in to that, would you guys consider bringing stuff like "Bad Morning" or "Forgive And Forget" to RBN at some point as well. I love the album almost as much as TruAnt and as much as ANThology, and i feel like it deserves a better chance out there.

1) When will we see more songs on the RBN from you guys? What would you like to see released to the RBN?
2) How is it being on stage with a back injury from the bus accident? Any problems, or good as new?
