Does this mean if I'm a just a lurker on here that I'm SOL?

    * 19 of the 21 songs in this track will have keys support.

    * These songs will all be labeled as RB3 Versions to differentiate them from the versions in Country Track Pack Vol 2. As such, they are not compatible with the CTP2 versions in online play.

    * We had no intention of making these tracks available as RB3 Versions when the CTP2 launched in March, but licensing issues delayed the release of the DLC for almost 8 months and it was decided that at this point it would be less confusing to release them as RB3 Versions than to make it the only RB2 style DLC release in the last year. I'm sure this isn't ideal for people that bought the CTP2 and exported it, and I encourage those people to post here so we can pass that feedback along.

    * We're offering a few different bundling options for these tracks, so be sure to check the breakout to see which pack works best for you. The Mega Pack features all 21 songs for $19.99, which I believe is the best cost per track of any album / greatest hits pack we've ever released.

    * Regarding future RB3 Versions of legacy tracks, it's still something we're considering. Reaction to this pack will go a long way in helping us determine if people want more legacy tracks upgraded or if there's still too much reluctance to repurchase songs with new features. Let us know what you think here, and I'll start a poll to collect some more concrete numbers to pass along.

Keep an eye on your inboxes, there may be a surprise for some posters in this thread in the next few days.
Sweet. I hope I get a code. I would love to play the keys on these country songs! I was an early adopter obviously. I could not wait for these songs. I hope myself and everyone else who was an early adopter gets a code. I'm on Xbox 360. Thanks Harmonix. Keep up the Grand Work.

Well, I'm not active on the forums at all. If I was I would have found out that RB3 features didn't just mean Vocal Harmonies. Whoops! Now that I know the DLC will contain Keys support too I had to say something. If I can get RB3 versions for all the songs I would be so grateful. The first time I played through The Night The The Lights Went Out in Georgia I wished I could play the Keys part.

I bought the track pack for Xbox 360 in August.

FWIW, we did put in requests to both MSFT and Sony and at this time it looks like we're only getting 360 codes.

MSFT and Sony both have very different processes and guidelines in place for the use of codes. MSFT is able to turnaround requests for us in just a few days and we're able to get approval to use codes for things like giveaways and prizing. Sony, to my knowledge, is only able to distribute codes specifically for press and review, not for general community use, and those requests can sometimes take several weeks to process. We're working with them to try to find a middle ground that works for the community, since it seems to me like it would be best for everyone involved if we could pull this off. In the meantime we'll keep requesting codes and work with whatever we're given by 1st party.

There should be simple verification process for who bought the pack and who didn't.
Otherwise HMX will get flooded with tons of people suddenly posting that they'd like a free code.

Right, it would suck though if people who really bought the pack had been taken by people who "took the advantage" of getting a code.
    Be honest people ^^

Thank you for doing something about this, but....just Xbox? Damn. Just...damn. I know it's the best solution for the greatest number of people, and it's amazing that you're doing anything, but.......yeah, I'm a little less than happy. Don't worry, I'm not upset with you guys or anything, I just wish the solution could help me, too.

    I'll go away now

Glad about HMX getting the codes, that would be great for those of us who bought early. Now I can cancel my Occupy Harmonix plans. Sigh....I had my picket signs made and everything.
