Seriously? Harmonix extends an olive branch to the community they didn't have to, and Henry explains they have no way of conclusively proving who "should" have a code, and still we nitpick and grump about who is getting a code and who isn't?

You know what, Harmonix? Skip me. I'll pay for the upgraded tracks, if only to offset all the self-righteous whining here.

Yes, I understand Harmonix could have read everybody's posts a little more closely to see who actually admitted to not buying the disc, but should we really expect them to do that much work for an act of charity? I don't think so. The fact they're doing this at all speaks volumes about their willingness to keep their fans happy. I don't believe this needs to be a bigger time and money sink for them than it already is. Of course your mileage may vary.

And in all seriousness, you can pass over me when giving out codes. I will still accept a code if offered, but I can live without the offer.
