You don't have to do anything.

So this has passed all stages of testing, submission and approvals, which is awesome news. Thanks to everyone for providing info and hanging in there while we resolved the issue. This is actually something of a unique situation, in that it only affects RB3 on one console in one region. As a result, another patch may not be the most direct solution.

What we're going to do is provide a DLC code to affected users which will effectively unlock the songs lost after the most recent title update. This will get the songs back in your library and everything should operate exactly as it did previously.

We'll have next steps posted early next week, but essentially all you'll have to do is send a message to a support email, state that you're one of the EU 360 users affected by this issue, include your name and gamertag and we'll reply back with a code. Should be pretty painless.

I'll follow up on Monday with the support address and an email template that you can just copy and paste and then fill in your details. No muss, no fuss!

Good Work Henry and thanks for the update. Will have to get in touch with my friends about this when the codes start rolling out - im the only one of my real life friends who use the forums and as such i dont want them missing on retaining the songs theyve lost unexpectedly through the last update.
Hoping for more british music on RB Blitz

So just to clarify, does this mean there will be no patch, as such?

Yeah - patches are expensive and would be a waste of time considering its only the Xbox 360 users of Europe who got effected by it. This is an alternative to get the issue resolved for those affected without all the fuss and expense... hoping when he says all should operate exactly as it did previously means all my scores etc remain but yeah cant wait to have all my songs accessible gain - you only ever miss them when they are gone.

Out of curiosity, will EU players get "Monsoon" back with this renewed DLC? (If doing so would hold back the "patch," then by all means don't worry about it now!)
DLC on DLCQuickPlay.com. Gamertag is the same as my Forum name. Hit me up if you wanna play!

No really, you have no freaking idea how glad I am that everything is working now (soon). Seriously. Instead of looking for any troubles with the patched, I thought the fault is all mine. I restalled the export pack from my old, scratchy RB1 disc. I restalled the RB3 disc. Since I even had problems with installing the patch (the xbox freezed which it also did when switching a game via games library) I never guessed it was a flaw in the patch. Because of the freezes I thought it was my xbox. Even if you laugh... i sent my xbox to microsoft to fix it. Well, at least the freezing problem stopped. Next time I'll check the official boards

    Thanks a lot!
