the code HMX sent you gives you all the songs in 1 pack, but you're xbox might still be reading the old versions. try to delete those (but not accidentally the one you just downloaded)

Or delete the song cache. It will rebuild and prioritize the fixed versions.

Choose "forgot my password" and create a new password.

Sign in using the email address you'd submitted the first email with and your new password.

Your ticket will be there waiting for you if we received it in the first place.

How long does this take on average as i need these songs by thursday if possible and have waited a day so far,

HMX has been busy with PAX the last few days, so they probably have a pile of support issues right now.
i'd suggest waiting a few more days
