The Beatles: Rock Band 2 for 2012, For The Win! Seriously Apple Corps, what the hell? You remember those people who buy The Beatles's music out of love for the band, what were they called? Oh yeah, THE FANS! The people who give you their money happily and joyfully, the people who fill up YOUR damn wallets. The fans bought all the albums on vinyl, then they bought all the albums on CD, now they are buying the music on iTunes. Now we would REALLY like to buy all the albums on The Beatles: Rock Band. Because as I have said before, buying the albums on The Beatles: Rock Band is exactly the same as buying the albums on CD or iTunes. It's the same album in a different form. The only difference is this: The Beatles: Rock Band gives the fans the ability to actually PLAY AND PERFORM the music, and that is kind of why we want to buy it.
Playing the songs is not going to deprive us of HEARING the music, or loving the music. It just makes us love the songs even more. Remember the "All You Need Is Love" sales? Yeah that was a hell of a thing, I mean it was only THE MOST DOWNLOADED TRACK IN ANY ROCK BAND GAME! And The Beatles DLC was only THE BEST SELLING DLC OUT OF ALL THE GAMES!!! I bet if you released Hey Jude as DLC you would have gotten TWICE as many sales as All You Need Is Love, because Hey Jude is only ONE OF THE BEATLES HIGHEST, IF NOT THE HIGHEST, RATED SONGS!!!!
What the damn, Apple? Jesus, your already a multi-million dollar company, and The Beatles are one of your biggest cash grabbers. Putting more DLC in The Beatles: Rock Band is another opportunity to fill up your already mountainous wallets. Why don't you jump at it? It would make the fans happy, you'll make more money, as if you don't already have enough to sustain you.
It's not like you'll be selling out on The Beatles. You want to know who's a sellout? Hulk Hogan is a sellout, George Lucas is a sellout,. If you started to put The Beatles songs in commercials advertising Nike, like Michael Jackson tried to do ( may he rest in peace ), THEN you would be selling out.
The fans love The Beatles, and we want to give you our money. Again.
