I got a new xbox with a new harddrive and I am in the process of putting all my data on my new HDD. On the screen it says that I may need to transfer licenses by going to the xbox website. Will I need to do this for RockBand exports that I have, since you have to buy a license for them?

The license is ownership of the downloads. You have to do it for everything you've downloaded.

Just as an FYI, I'm pretty sure you can do it from the New Xbox Dashboard now as well.

Also just so you know, if you have RB1 imported you'll need the disc to get it to port over. It was a weird case since you needed the disc to download.
