Now I don't know enough to make predictions... but I hope for Ottawa vs Phoenix for the Stanly Cup... with Phoenix winning it all...

and my other hope is for Pittsburgh and Detroit to lose in the first round (both already lost one game )

Hey now. Hockey's a great sport to watch. The Canucks are also the only one of my teams that are anywhere close to being a championship contender. The Stanley Cup Playoffs are a great diversion from watching my baseball team lose more games than win... ...usually.

Now I don't know enough to make predictions... but I hope for Ottawa vs Phoenix for the Stanly Cup... with Phoenix winning it all...

That would just be great, a team likely to relocate once the season's over wins the Stanley Cup. If that's the case, Quebec City or Seattle will be hoisting up a trophy that Phoenix won.

Regardless of how well they do, they're at that point where the league owns and operates the team. They're more vulnerable for a move than the Thrashers were last year prior to their relocation to Winnipeg.

yeah I know... I pay attention to a lot of that... it is annoying because a lot of it was just stupid politics in Glendale

Problem they face is that home attendance is awful for them (comparable to some AHL teams, despite having been on an upswing the last two years), and TV viewership is even uglier. Not sure how they're not a dead team walking, but stranger things have happened.
