Question regarding DLC and the MS update with the cloud.

From what understand with the new update from Microsoft you can utilize 512mb of memory with the cloud. My buddy told me you can save games with the cloud on your console and the retrieve that game info on any console and play your saved game on that console. Will this work with DLC as well? I know that there are licensing and drm issues with playing your purchased DLC on other consoles. Any thoughts?

No, this doesn't work with DLC. It's only for save games.

It doesn't need to work with the cloud. DLC is tied to your main console and your gamertag. You can play your DLC on any console where you gamertag is signed into Xbox Live. You can only be signed into Xbox Live from one place at a time. (On a side note, you don't need to be on Xbox Live on even signed in on your main console to use the DLC.)

If you sign into your gamertag from another Xbox, simply go to your download history and redownload the songs you want and you can use them while you are still signed in. Your friend will not be able to use them after you leave, but if you come back and sign in again, they will still be there unless he deletes them.
