Most likely never, unless he has some material that's wholly original. Parody songs would be a licensing nightmare.

Yeah, umm...Weird Al has a ton of original material.

Whether the has access to the masters, if there's other license issues, don't know, but he definitely produces non-straight up parody songs.

1. Any plans on including new achievements(and goals) with each big pack of DLC?

2. Will you be making RB Pro more of an educational focus, possibly by adding more genre based lessons?

3. How do you plan to upgrade the Pro Guitar setup, as in how are you changing the chart layout? Will you be adding any new notation like bends and Harmonix? Now looking at what Rocksmith has done with being able to use any real guitar, is there any possibility of seeing some new tech that allows RB to do the same or something like that? -----------(I own RS and to be honest, unfortunatley, just looking at it guitar-guitar only, RS is better. You just cant compare using any real guitar. It works nice and the setlist, once again unfortunately, is better....IMO)

4. Any thoughts on adding an amp mode(Freestyle for guitar and bass), kinda similar to RS?

5. Would it be possible to add the tuning at the beginning of each song on the top of each string b4 song starts?

6. Will there be any Keys charting notation differences? Adding Chord Notation?

7. Whats your stance on x2 Bass for Drums? Why is it that you don't chart x2 Bass, any....... and RBN has 2 tracks out to buy for every song that has x2 Bass? ------------Thats a waste of time, space, and money. Do it once and do it right the first time, that also adds a perfect opportunity to sell more bass pedals in stores. Is there any chance to chart the normal standard now for x2 bass on Hard and chart whats actually played on Expert?? You dont reduce notes on the hardest of the hardest guitar solos so why remove x2 bass notes?

8. Is Score Duel coming back? ------- None of the other multiplayer modes matter besides online quickplay/band play

9. When will RBN authors have access to chart Pro Guitar and Bass charting tools?
------This is a must, Plus you gotta take RBN tracks off the weekly new releases on the dashboard, it looks worse than Yoostar MTV(spam) and its not highlighting RBN at all, it just has the old RB3 picture with it.......instead how about making a new RB Music Store download but make it for RBN and Highlight what RBN is and where the music comes from. There is more love in RBN than in RB weekly packs, not hating on DLC...Having it on the dashboard, in a music shop atmosphere, would be easier and more accessible for any1 to look at, and would possibly open up RBN to more people that prolly dont have a clue what RBN is.

10. How do you plan on implementing the Kinect into the next RB? Use your Kinect to put your living room in the game? Voice Commands?

11. I know Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin have been asked for about a billion times, but why is it that Harmonix and RB hasn't been able to acquire them?

Im a huge fan of Harmonix starting with Amplitude and then into GH1 and RB, and thats where I found my new love for music! Thanx for all your time and effort with the games we have. Special Thanks to the past 2 weeks of incredible DLC with RUSH and Jimi Hendrix, plus the leagacy upgrades(I would love to see some legacy upgrades for Moving Pictures with next RUSH announcement, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!) So Much Love!!!!!!!!!

I have DC 1 and 2, Vidrhythm, and every GH and RB that has came out, plus all export discs

They've already said no to this.

Because they don't.

Really, that's what it boils down to. They started doing it they way they do it, so making a change from that would be a difficult, time-consuming, and cost-inefficient thing to do (I assume you're suggesting a GH-esque "expert+" mode). The only reason "2x Bass Pedal" versions exist on RBN is because the community has accepted it. Seriously. It was tried once back when RBN was still very young as a "throw it against the wall and see what sticks" sort of thing.

That's a very bad idea. First, the number of players who play on Expert is a tiny fraction of the overall player base. The number who play 2x Bass Pedal songs is a tiny fraction of that tiny fraction.

But on a more obvious level, how would this be communicated? How would a drummer, who has "only" one bass pedal on his kit, who regularly plays on Expert, know that he needs to step down on some particular song? What about the drummers who regularly play on Hard, Medium (the most commonly-played difficulty level) or even Easy? What becomes of their charts?

No. Only a very small minority of the player base used it regularly. This is why it was not included in RB3.

Most likely never. I asked this on the RBN subforum a couple months ago and HMXLachesis seemed to imply that this would require a RBN3.0 to work. It's cost-ineffective, and there are very few playtesters who have Pro Guitar hardware. And remember that the Mustang and the Squier have different charts, so you'd need Mustang testers and Squier testers. So while we can never really say never, the answer is most likely never.

It takes two to tango. Robert Plant's disdain for music games is widely known. Some people have held out hope that with John Paul Jones being "in the game" with Them Crooked Vultures that this might change, but that's not likely as long as Plant is alive. Same for Pink Floyd and every other unobtainable band.

Yeah, you know who else GH had? Hint: they've got a 1300-something page thread in the USL. So you can't really go by that.

Even if that's the case, those "few people" have so much more on their plate than just this game. It took years before the game and its DLC could even be okayed. Things with Apple move at a glacial pace.

Really? You've done all the market research and cost accounting for HMX to know that whatever amount they'd be willing to pay (which, apparently you also know) to be able to offer this option, it would be profitable for them? I'm impressed, they should hire you.
