Since the Activision plastic instrument franchises are either dead or in an extended hiatus, is there any chance of the Taylor Swift license expiring or being purchased by Harmonix?

Reggae/Ska was only a genre in RBN/RB3.

Yes, I'm well aware of that. As is the case with Hip-Hop/Rap and several others. It doesn't make sense to have artists split like that, so my hope is that the incorrect genres could be updated eventually (not the genres that everything "thinks" are wrong, but the ones that are demonstrably incorrect based on the availability of new genres).
