Sorry, in my book all growly vocals are horrible.

Well, I'll keep any eye out for any more non-growly Solution .45 anyway. Now if we could just get some Angra.

It's a selective taste. If you like them, you really like them. If you don't you usually loath them. But for people who enjoy those kind of vocals, they do a good job at them. But of coarse, if you don't like them, then it won't matter.

So I don't necessarily blame you for not liking the other songs. But at least the instrumentation's good, right?

Seemed decent, but the vocals started fairly rapidly so I didn't stick around. Prequel to the Sequel always pisses me off because it's a full 1:30 of instrumental awesomeness and then the vocals start... ugh.

That is the only band i can stand with constant screaming vocals (BTBAM).
Mostly because I can usually ignore the vocals and listen to the instrumentation

I've heard good things about that BTBAM song. How does it compare to PTTS? Because that's fast becoming one of my favorite songs to play, after I never really gave it a chance for the longest time.

It's really growly. Takes a long time to get to cleaner parts. Personally I find it pretty disjointed on the whole, like it's a bunch of parts of songs all mashed together. It works about as well as the concept can, so it has that going for it, but it doesn't really have the... cohesiveness of songs like Alaska.

Oh I hate the vox in PTTS. I <3 the guitar/bass though.

I refuse to buy Alaska. One of their worse songs IMO.
