Creators.RockBand.com has been restored. You will now be able to access the Creators site for Rock Band Network.

Thanks for your patience as we worked to restore access to the sites! Due to RBN's deep integration with multiple third party network services, Creators was down for a bit longer than expected. We’ve restored the site and implemented improved security measures. In order to log in and reset your password, you’ll need to do the following:

• Head to http://creators.rockband.com/ as normal.You’ll be prompted to sign in through a secure VPN gate.
• Sign in using your regular Creators username and the unique randomly generated password included in the email you should have received from us. If you did not receive this email, contact creators_support@rockband.com. This password will expire on May 31, 2013 if you have not logged in. After that date, you will need to email creators_support@rockband.com in order to gain access to the VPN gate.
• Once logged in on the VPN page, you should be redirected to http://creators.rockband.com/ where you’ll be able to log in with your preexisting username and password.
• We recommend changing your VPN and Creators passwords once you’ve finished with the above. If you encounter any problems, let us know via the support links available on the VPN and Creators home pages.

We look forward to seeing continued awesomeness from the RBN community! For fans of the RBN, songs won't be released immediately. It will take a couple of weeks of Creators being open before we'll have new RBN releases on Xbox 360. Stay tuned!
