So after some thought I have changed my opinion on this. I fear that it will become clogged with forbidden artists like Muse, Led Zep, and Floyd, and not give artists that are actually available a chance to appear on the list.

Of course, the flip side of this is what if these artists being so consistently on the list somehow serve to change their minds about being on Rock Band? Quite honestly I don't see that happening. Random people on Facebook somehow bringing Axl and Slash together again? Not likely.

Also, Question: How does the voting work long-term? Do we get more points every week or month? Or are my ten votes going to be my only votes ever? That is going to skew the results a bit since I imagine most people won't vote for more than their absolute most wanted band with all ten.

    I like the app.

Al Yankovic / Weird Al Yankovic is "not found in the database" and doesn't come up as a suggested artist.

How do we add bands that aren't found to our wishlist?

The bands are pulled from an online database that contains like a gillion bands. I'm surprised that Weird Al isn't included. I'll hit up Web and see if we can contact them to add artists or if that's something we'd have to wait for an update on.

Thanks to everyone for checking it out while we're in Beta! It's super helpful and it seems like people are really enjoying it. Keep it up!

This would be understandable if it was a list of 'most likely artists to appear', but it isn't. Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd aren't currently possible to work with, but why does that mean we should discount them entirely? That seems more unfair than your 'clogged with unobtainable artists' problems.

Basically put in the bands in my sig with one vote each, most of them I feel are obtainable artists, and would be fantastic on Rock Band.
    U2 / ELP / Bruce S. / CSN / ELO / BTO / ZZ TOP / The Fray / Ted Nugent / Bob Seger & TSBB /The Eagles / Steppenwolf

I've done a wishlist of artists I want, but didn't share on Facebook. A lot of my friends would never look at me the same way again when they would look at my list.

3 points each for Muse and Static X, 2 for KT Tunstall and one for Megadeth and Skindred. Cool app... shame it will still mean no Muse on RB, they are already the highest in demand band on it.

Truthfully three points for Muse IS likely a complete waste but after HMXHenry said they barely feature in the top requested bands anymore i realised just how many of us Muse fans gave up on ever seeing them in the game and that is WHY they never rank highly anymore - this has renewed my faith in the RB faithful.

Still the top 10 is somewhat predictable regardless.
Hoping for more british music on RB Blitz
