Most people just want Boston's first album stuff plus maybe Amanda.
I think 10 points is enough forever. NO MORE POINTS.
I want to get new points when a band from my wishlist is announced.
It would be more fair if everyone got more points on a regular basis (weekly/monthly, etc).
It would be more fair if everyone got more points for special occasions (holidays, anniversaries).
Points should be special rewards given to contest winners.
I want more points but I don't know how / when I want them?
I have a better idea and I will post in in the thread!

TORI AMOS IS IN THE EARLY 300s?!?!
Wow. She was the FIRST person I thought of when the keyboard came out...
I guess it's the whole "No major pop hits" thing.
I have not heard of the same number.
As well, after scrolling through the top 50, the only one I felt comfortable investing a point in is Prince.

Reel Big Fish in the high 40's? Thats amazing. My hopes for them to happen may not just be a pipe dream.
Another note:
I switched around my points and added 1 more to Aretha, and she jumped to 1198. Which means that's probably where all the 2 point bands reside.
Edit: And looking at the top 10 requests for this week: Christina Aguilera at #8? Where did that come from?
I think the question is not why Christina, but why now? I mean when was the last time she even put out an album? Oh, right google...June 4, 2010.
Here is something funny regarding that last album, Entertainment Weekly later named Bionic the fifth worst album of 2010 in a year-end list. The album was named by Billboard the best mainstream pop album of 2010.
They say it got "mixed" reviews, more like bi-polar :P
