The Wii is missing animations, some track info (crowd noise/singalongs for example), and venue effects, and has a slightly different audio format preventing this from happening. As a result, it's not a simple cross over, unlike the 360 to PS3 which is almost entirely just a header change and some playtesting just in case. They went into detail about it when RBN was shut down on the Wii, but I don't think they were more explicit than anything I've stated (and I reserve the right to not be 100% accurate with this, it was a long time ago this happened).
Didn't want to speculate publicly just because it's pointless. Needless to say, limits on what can fit into DLC notices on each console may vary, and some consoles may have a character limit or other such limit on how they're presented or how customized they can be. Or HMX just missed it.
