I have recently managed to get my hands on the super-rare "Wu Tang Clan: Shaolin Style". It is awesome. It's basically 4 player 3D Mortal Kombat with rappers.

Yep... based off of the engine of an even rarer fighting game yet, Thrill Kill.

It's a bitter shame that game was canceled.

I'm pretty underwhelmed by Skullgirls so far. Mostly because the character selection is pretty limited and none of the characters are very exciting. They're trying way too hard to be weird and random. It doesn't really work when you try that hard. Too much hype, too little actually get excited about.

The animation is absolutely top notch, however.

If these walls could talk, the stories they'd tell,
and if they did, there'd be a whole lot of hell.

The best thing about SkullGirls is the actual engine/gameplay itself. The roster will come once dlc hits. PANZERFAUST!

I've been hearing that from a lot of my friends who are more serious fight game fans than I... still haven't gotten Skullgirls yet, although I intend to remedy that in the next couple of weeks.

If you ain't good at fighting games or a casual you can try the tutorials they actually teach you how to play SG properly. Even more than any other FG evar.

I'm better than a casual, but not good enough to be competitive in much of anything.
