I'll probably end up staying through it, because if I'm going to a concert and not listening to the music performed, what's the point?
    Oh, sorry.

Generally speaking, as long as the band in question is opening, you're fine. I've seen some really weak/bad opening acts that didn't put on a damper on the show overall.

I saw Archers of Loaf last night. It was really fun, though the crowd was rather lame.

Well, might as well triple post.

I was going to see Death Grips next month, but they cancelled the tour.

I wanted to see Death Grips but the Chicago show was on a Wednesday at 6 pm, which I would be unable to attend due to work.

However I have the ability to see Clutch 3 times this week if I wanted to, but I'm probably just going to the Friday one.

Saw Roger Waters last night, he put on one hell of a show. Audience was singing along, people were getting into it. The puppets and special effects were crazy, along with the projections on the wall. Roger sounded great even in his old age, he was quite a presence. Very very good show.

By the way, this was my first concert, and I'll definitely be going to more.
We need sludgey and droney and stonery metal:
    Dirge
    Sleep
    Bongripper

    Electric Wizard
    Earth
    Neurosis

I'm going to see him on July 21st in Quebec City, on what is supposed to be the last show of the tour. This is going to be amazing.

It says on his website that this is going to "feature the largest wall ever built" I'm really hyped for this show.

I saw him in Montreal last year, and it was awesome. But this will be even better and it's much closer to where I live!

Saw Gogol Bordello last night. It was actually a pretty good show, with them playing practically non-stop and people dancing a lot. Unfortunately I missed the openers because the trains were down, but i didn't care because it was fun regardless.

Can't wait until September 28, cause that's when I'm finally going to see Rush for the first time.
