    Two Players on Different Levels

If I get a second guitar for my son can we both play lead guitar at the same time? Also, whilst playing together can he play on easy while I play a harder level?

    What? No!
One of you has to play guitar and one of you has to play bass. And yes, you can each have your own difficulties.

FYI, the scroll speed is sort of an average of the two difficulties, so if you play on expert, and he's on easy, the scroll speed will be around medium/hard speed.
