    Wow, that's a pretty bold (and incredibly stupid) move to make. If/when HMX issues a cease and desist (or worse, a lawsuit) they will have to change their prototypes, issue a new trailer, etc. Not cheap stuff for a small dev company. Wonder who made that brilliant decision?

    It all comes down to money.

    Is it worth the cash to try and chase it down?

    Not to mention how/if trademarks were filed, what the scope was... etc.

    There are quite a few factors, none of which we are likely to hear the final details or outcome of.

    Doesn't help the game much. Coldplays cool but not good enough to save this game from crumbling to GH's gravestone. :P

    From the E3 interview with gamespot, the only thing I find interesting is that they're working on adding support for percussions ...
    So we'd eventually be getting full the good bits of rocksmith and rb in one package, that is if it doesn't bomb badly ...

    Also from the media they put out there doesn't seem to be any kind of vocal guide ...
