No, Heart of Rock n Roll is 4:06 on the Greatest hits, the single edit, and the version coming to Rock Band is apparently 4:29, so its over 20 seconds longer. I made sure to double-check all the times to make sure I was right.

But I see on Sports its 5:04, so I guess Rock Band is just getting new version.

I'm willing to bet "I Want a New Drug" is indeed the album version (yay guitar solos!) and "The Heart of Rock and Roll" is probably the album version but with a much shorter intro (that fade-in takes an awful long time on the original).

If that's all true, I'll be quite happy.

    Thanks, Magnet!
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

Me too. Extra guitar solos for what will be the best guitar song evar will be sahweet.

Also, I am so glad Huey Lewis doesn't support Rick Santorum or has the #1 requested song this week. I need a break from that.

    Greatest Hits =/= Time Flies.

I don't know about Huey Lewis but The News seems rather vocal about supporting Rick Santorum.

Ha, I thought Time Flies was one of their songs for a second. My mistake. We'll find out what it sounds like tommorow.

Well, no one cares about The News. No one cares about Dewey New or Micheal New or whatever their names are.

I'm so looking forward to tomorrow! I'm certainly not the biggest Huey Lewis fan on the planet but I'm always happy to see music I enjoy in the store, complete with keyboard parts. Huzzah! Thanks, Harmonix, for keeping the variety coming. I can easily forgive the weeks when there's nothing that grabs me because just about every month brings at least a few tracks I do like.

My Time Flies version of Heart is...36? seconds longer than what we're getting, but the intro heartbeat is only 27 seconds. There's also some at the end, didn't time that.
