There are a lot of Beatles covers that are better than the originals.

That sounds like something that belongs in the "Unpopular Musical Opinions" Thread, although I do agree with this sentiment.

Say what you want about Glee (I personally enjoy it), but it gives a lot of exposure of unknown songs to people. A lot of people that I know were introduced to a lot of great songs because of it.

I'm just waiting for Glee to "Jump the Shark" and dedicate an episode to the music of Darkthrone, Husker Du, or Skinny Puppy.

I think, for some reason, that Chevelle could do some really cool covers of Collective Soul's stuff. Especially "Heavy" and "Where The River Flows".
