Can we summarize what we know?
    1) It's not "Rock Band 4"
    2) It's not "Rock Band: [artist]"
    3) It doesn't add any new peripherals
    4) It's not limited to the XBox, and might even include a Facebook version. This is the real wild card, is it really a game so simple that a full version can run on Facebook? Or does it just have Facebook "integration"? The one article that mentioned the Facebook connection has never been clarified, officially, as far as I can tell.
    5) Rock Band fans specifically are expected to be excited about this title (as opposed to Dance Central fans)

Does that mean it's a Rock Band title? Not necessarily. Consistant with most of these facts [except the Facebook part] is the idea that it might be some sort of spin-off to RB3 (i.e., same engine, same instruments, but includes new songs and / or game features like quests for your band). That would be the most awesome thing I could hope for, realistically. It might be something much more radically different. A new rhythm game altogether? Will it use RB instruments, and RB DLC? We don't know! The torture continues, until Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday.

Actually, what we really know is that there won't be any new instruments, and no replacement for the Squier. I've read speculation here that MadCatz is out of stock on Pro Drums because a new version will be used for this upcoming title, and nobody has called out this speculation as impossible [again, I could be wrong, I haven't read every single post on this board, please link to a reference if I've cited an untrue fact].

Didn't GH do that first, with GH:OT: Modern Hits?

At this point, I'm heavily leaning towards a new IP that doesn't use motion control. Isn't it going to be shown at the "evolution of rhythm games" thing? Maybe this is the next step.

Guys, I think it's a Rock Band title.

If you check the URL of each board, they are ordered by creation date. The main Rock Band forum is number 6, and all the other ones are around that, for example, "Band Wanted" is number 17. Boards like TB:RB and Lego Rock Band are much higher up (40 and 43) since they're much newer. The Rock Band Network is number 41. If you check board number 47, you see that a board is created, but not made available to us yet.

I know, through my sneaky abilities, that this board is in the "Rock Band" category, thus leading me to believe that it was created as a new board for whatever will be announced on Tuesday, and will be made available to us.

Just speculation, but I tried to cover my reasons well.
    meh

ATF may be on to something. I tried board 3 and got "you do not have permission to access this page" like on 47. I tried 48 and got "invalid forum specified".

Wait, is board 3 where all the DLC announcements are hidden before being moved to announcements?

Also, has Harmonix registered any new domain names? If so, that would support a new IP instead of an RB-related title.
