Most likely. They said XBLA/PSN/Facebook. Maybe the WiiU will get it delayed.

Same way it has since post-RB1. You overthink it to a ridiculous degree. Don't have a code? No export! MadCatz'll probably offer them up to people who can prove they have a rerelease disc, I'm sure. Warner Bros. was supposed to handle LEGO GoD exporting, but they didn't, maybe MadCatz'll do that.

Or finally it could just be a GIANT downloadable game that includes all the Rock Band 3 songs plus the new ones, and really would be Rock Band 3.5 since nothing would be missing from Rock Band 3.

I doubt it. RB3 was just released on Games on Demand not too long ago. Why would they have out two versions of practically the same game?

Then why didn't they just include a export code with their disc pressings like Electronic Arts did? Like I said I'm asking these questions because either there will be no more exports or they are changing the way they do exports. It worries me that they have, for years, been doing exports a certain way with Electronic Arts. Now that Mad Catz Interactive has taken over publishing and they're not giving people export codes with their disc pressings or the Xbox Live downloadable version, does that mean the end of the Platform?

Rock Band 3 came out in 2010, Rock Band 4 will be out in 2013 at the earliest, so maybe they're giving up on one-time codes. Or maybe they'll figure out something by then, but it's not worth getting worked up about, since it's not going to matter for probably a year and a half, if not even longer.

Ok, so I don't know what I'm 'overthinking,' if this new game does turn out to be the newest main Rock Band title, don't you want to know if the platform will still continue on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and how is that going to work WITHOUT an export code to get the Rock Band 3 songs into the new game when it's needed an export code every time in the past (After Rock Band 1)?

Plus this thread is just speculation anyway we're ALL overthinking everything anyway, right?
