Nothing for me, thanks for still putting out DLC though.
On temporary hiatus from Rock Band. Too busy playing Rocksmith.

Glad to see Pain got the upgrade instead of I Hate Everything About You... don't need another Rocksmith/Rock Band Pro repeat.

Getting the pack and the upgrade!

    Gasp! I am in shock

    EDIT: My first impressions!

Well, this is my first leaked first impressions, so this is gonna be weird!
    Oh well, it's cool.

    ANYWAY HERE GOES....

Three Days Grace Pack 01 First Impressions

We start the pack with... A song I already know! What a twist of fate!
A Good Life starts with a pretty cool guitar riff and some pretty nice vocals. I dig the lyrics and the harmonies work really well to add to the song.
Which is nice, because I like hamonies and this song nails it. There's not much I can say because I've listened to this song extensively, so I can't really give a first impression on it.
It's good, has nice guitar and harmonies. Which makes it a buy.

Next up is the very meanily named I Hate Everything About You. Uncool, man. Love is where it's at.
The tone of the song starts off very different as compared to A Good Life. The vocals are a bit more raspy and the instruments are softer to give the vocals and lyrics stand out more.
It's pretty fun so far and I like the way the guitar is soft and still sets the mood really well. And the chorus... wow. The pauses between the chorus are really cool and sound pretty dang awesome.
The guitar, even though still pretty simple, seems very enjoyable and cool. I do wish there were more blantant "strong" parts to give the song more contrast and make both the soft and strong stand out even more.
    Juxtaposition, ya know
The lyrics aren't earth shattering, but the vocals seem like a lot of fun like the guitar. Again. Hopefully this is a pattern that Pain is going to follow too :3

    Lastly it's... PAIN!
Wait wait... I THINK I KNOW THIS SONG! Or at least, the intro sounds VERY VERY familiar. Yes, I know this siong. Wow. AND THE VOCALS ARE AWESOME! Damn, his voice just works so well in this song.
The harmonies so far aren't that great, as they don't really complemate each other well. But the drums sound really fun and the vocals are just too damn fun. The guitar, unlike the last two songs, isn't really noticable, but it's not bad.
Oh snap. I don't know what they're doing, but that vocal sound effect worked AMAZING! AND THE INSTRUMENT BREAK WORKED FANTASTIC AS A FOLLOW UP! WOW! It felt like such a double wammy, and worked incredibly well. Definitely seals the deal into me buying the pack.

I didn't have much to say this week BUT...
Overall this week was really good! Wow! A lot better than I expected it to be
So I guess the Rock Band DLC continues being awesome lately. Seriously, guys. It's been in constant beast mode since December.

This week in terms of songs:
    Pain
    I Hate Everything About You
    The Good Life

    ...
WOW! HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN?!? The song I knew and enjoyed beforehand was outstaged by THE REST OF THE PACK! Wow, that's some... real... damn... Nice work Harmonix<3
