I tried to keep my options slightly realistic, as far as taking stabs at what deeper cuts Harmonix might choose or what songs may not have usable masters. This is a fantastic RB4 list, and the DLC would be extraordinary.
+1 internets for 'Girl' by Beck
+1 internets for 'The Real Me'
+9001 internets for that the Beck, Radiohead, Neil Young, The Who and ogod so many other things packs.
Too bad Harmonix doesn't listen to its customers unless licensing hand-outs or Rick Astley are involved.

Damn, this is a long list. Personally, I think lists over 85 or so songs are unrealistic, but it's whatevs. Your DLC weeks are a little big too compared to what we've gotten in the past, but again, just my opinion.

A few notes on the actual setlist:
-Lots of B-sides, but also lots of big hits to balance it out. Happens in every decade.

-You've got more 80s and 90s than you do 70s and 00s, which is pretty much the opposite of all the other Rock Band setlists. They tend to rely on modern music (00s) and classic rock (70s) for most of their hits.

-Only songs that really stuck out to me that I hate are Institutionalized and 21st Century Schizoid Man

-A few songs that stuck out that I really like are Hush, Like a Rolling Stone, Personality Crisis, Reelin in the Years, All For You, Follow You Down, Hunger Strike, Chelsea Dagger, and Dashboard.

-Personally, I think a better pick for The Cure would be "Why Can't I Be You?"

Notes on DLC:
-I'm not sure how realistic of a pick P.I.L. is given Johnny Rotten's whole stance on the industry and whatnot

-I get that the whole Andrew WK pack is all party songs, but I still think it's weird to have a pack by him and NOT include I Get Wet or Get Ready to Die

-Lots of varied DLC, but not a lot of pop stuff which is a little unrealistic.

-I think a better pick for the Hole pack would have been Miss World.

-Razorblade or Under Cover of Darkness would have been good picks for The Strokes pack

-Beck pack is really cool

-I'd rather see a Sex Pistols pack (or really any early punk band) before another Clash pack, and this is coming from someone that owns all of The Clash DLC. Also, no Police on My Back or Pressure Drop?

-Really liking the Muse pack and Misfits pack

-I really liked how the Neil Young pack is a big cross section of his career.
