On the Wii it affects NA users as well. On the PS3 it's only the countries that fall under SCEE (which is more than just Europe).

Meh, I'd only buy Shinedown songs that have some sort of nostalgic value to me; it's what suckered me into buying two of the Three Days Grace songs. These have none... the band itself doesn't hold much ground for me.

While I'm sure many are happy with that, I personally want to start playing a violin. There have been a hand full of great songs released this year, though.

I don't think anyone's saying it's Nintendo's fault that 3 songs a week has been the norm since te beginning of the year.

Then again, I come from a town that hasn't had a good rock station in 7 years, so I'm kinda biased against radio. All we have is a Classic Rock station and a RADIO RAWK station that plays "Mandatory Metallica" (at least 1 song an hour) and constantly plays Limp Bizkit for some reason (usually the Behind Blue Eyes cover). So if you want to hear something new (that isn't by a band like Shinedown, Nickelback, or Three Days Grace) you're pretty much out of luck.
I spend a lot of time on Pandora,Jango, and I heart.

I weed out crap like Limp Bizket and Saliva, and hone it to stuff like Shinedown Halestorm and Within Temptation to name a few.

I am an old school rocker, that grew tired of the same old classic rock songs OVER AND OVER AND OVER.

But I still like the STYLE of the older music.

Shinedown captures that feel and sound with new, well thought out lyrics that take you can understand, and they make sense, not just random words that happen to rhyme.

"There's a hard life for every silver spoon, there's a touch of grey for every shade of blue,
That's the way that I see life, if there was nothing wrong, then there'd be nothing right"

I'll get Second Chance, I've never heard of the other two songs and The Crow and The Butterfly sounds just like Second Chance to me lol. I would have replace the two I've never heard with Sound of Madness and I Dare You. Two extremely good songs that would be fun to play. Oh well.

Seriously huh?! ... Nope, you're not the only one...there's at least two of us. I just wish I had a bigger budget for all of the great dlc we get to choose from EVERY SINGLE WEEK. But, of coarse, there will always be the "the glass is half emptyl" people out there, regardless of what hmx does.

And that's why I don't listen to radio.

Let's see, classic rock radio station that plays maybe 200 different songs, or my iPod that has over ten times that many from classic rock artists alone.

    I know what I'm picking.

Sorry, did not intend to come off as mean.

Just hard for me to believe that a huge band like Shinedown can go unnoticed by people who are interested in a game called ROCKband..

I would have to say I disagree with you on the fact that those are meaningful lyrics. It seems like it's trying too hard to be a fortune cookie, kinda like that Nickelback song. And I think even less of it as interesting. People can disagree with you, dude. Sorry ><
