As I think I mentioned earlier, it's in an odd game of licensing chicken. The kickstarter can't happen till they have the songs are licensed, and the license won't happen till they get the money the kickstarter is to raise. That's probably an oversimplification (Licensing is hard), but that's probably a good general overview of where things are.

Note, I could easily be wrong here, but that's just what I gathered from what's been said already.

Dare to Be Stupid was already locked in as one song in the pack. The poll was to decide the other two. Of course, that is all a moot point now, it appears.
