What does one lightered mean?

Sounds like you accidentally one-lightered them.

You can give your songs ratings by pressing blue when you highlight them or after you play them. The ratings are lighters. And there is a filter that hides all the one lighter songs.

People, do this, it works.

Go to your RB3 game data on your hard drive. Search for "Song Cache" or something like that. Delete it. Launch RB3 and let it check all your DLC again. I've had this happen few times and it has always been the solution.
