"Clint Eastwood" vocals broken?

I've never had any problems with this song up until tonight. I nailed all sections aside from the talkies, which wouldn't respond whatsoever and failed me out.

Anybody else having the same problem? I've played this song a dozen or so times with no difficulty and talkies are obviously easy.

This is a common RB3 glitch that never got fixed and can happen with any song incl. talkies. The only solution is to back out to the song selection screen and choosing the song again. Restarting only doesn't do it.

Sometimes you DO have to go further, ranging from the main menu to your dashboard on your console of choice.

Scratching the mic often kick-starts the talkies into responding. It doesnt always work but often in cases where talkies seem broken a restart and a 'scratch' will do the trick. This is worth remembering if you are playing a song with talkies deep into it and may prevent having to restart after a couple of minutes of flawless singing. Especially useful in band. Thanks to thatdrunkguy for this tip.

I had no idea this glitchc even existed. Then again, I've played vocals maybe 10-20 times since RB3 came out.
